I've used this software in 2007 or before and on some later occasions until 2010.
I found V.4.1.0 in my backup drive today, nearly Jan 2017, have just installed it and it still works like a charm!
Back in 2007 the author only asked to receive a postcard with mosaic picture by regular mail - as a form of 'payment' - and of course, I did send one.

Since the downloadable version seems to be of the same age and I guess snail-mail postcards may not be wanted now, let me just say thank you for sharing, Steffen Schirmer! And of course, in spite of the many competitors there are now, still recommend this software to anyone It has all the necessary features, works with no fuss, and there is no need to learn anything.
